Accounting software advice and recommendations.
Audit review and interpretation.
Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer accountability and support.
Finance department structure and personnel recommendations.
Financial policy development.
High level strategic planning and budget review.
Recommendations on internal accounting controls.
Strong CPA network assistance on a variety of specific matters of discussion.

Business plans and development.
Capacity development of finance department and personnel.
Capital funding applications and proposals.
Corporate structure setup and corporate restructuring.
Investment analysis and due diligence.
